Our services provide collaborative and data-driven support for district and school leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers to enhance teaching and and learning. We aim to improve student outcomes by empowering educators with the tools they need to succeed. Focus topics include Common Formative Assessments, Data Analysis and Corrective Instruction.

Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation service offers a free discussion to identify possible solutions for your instructional team, assistant principals, coaches, and/or teachers. We will analyze data, staffing needs, and instructional goals to provide you with the best possible service.

Instructional Leadership Consulting

Our instructional leadership consulting service provides on-site support to enhance your instructional program during the school day. We work side-by-side with your team during planning meetings, class visits, and/or PLCs to identify strengths, assess needs, and provide recommended next steps and resources.

Professional Learning

Join Lead and Learn LLC for a collaborative and interactive professional learning experience that will help you self-reflect, explore research, and examine best practices and possible solutions for your school. Our sessions are designed to provide educators with the tools and resources they need to elevate their instructional skills and improve learning outcomes for students.
