Greetings!
I am an equity-focused educator with over 20 years of experience in school and district leadership. I left my hometown of Warrenton, NC to attend the NC School of Science and Mathematics (Go UNIS!) in Durham, NC and continued my studies at NC Agricultural and Technical State University and the University of NC at Greensboro. I began teaching middle school math in 2001 and am also an experienced instructional coach and curriculum director. Throughout my career I have shared my passion for mathematics and all things formative assessment in my roles as an assessment coordinator, professional development specialist and assistant principal. I am the founder of Lead and Learn, LLC and currently live in Greensboro, NC.
