Founded by an experienced educator and school and district leader, Lead and Learn provides customized professional development, instructional coaching, and leadership support designed around the unique needs of each school. Our work focuses on strengthening the practices that have the greatest impact on teaching and learning, including professional learning communities (PLCs), common formative assessments (CFAs), data analysis, corrective instruction, student-centered instruction, and standards-aligned planning.
We believe professional learning should do more than inspire educators—it should equip them with practical strategies they can apply immediately, create opportunities to collaborate and reflect, and build the capacity needed to sustain improvement over time.
